Build a social media website for a US based company where people can share their thoughts, media files, interact with members on a social causes.

On this project I played the role of a scrum master cum product owner where I created sprints and ensure that there are minimal spillovers and all sprints are achieving the sprint goals. I used to conduct sprint reviews and retrospective to ensure that we are getting constant customer feedback and we are improving the process to have a smooth project delivery.

This project was undertaken to automate the manual process of conducting RF and EMF surveys from telecom companies. In this project all the hardwares and gadgets that were used to conduct the surveys were replaced my mobile phones/tablets.

On this project I managed the entire SDLC of the project and used project management best practices to ensure that project doesn't deviate from its schedule and cost and there are no scope creep.

This project is for construction and maintenance industry of USA where all the documents pertaining to safety of users are created and stored in the system. In this product users can on-board companies, projects, users and can conduct audits, observations and attendance.

On this project I am playing the role of a product owner, scrum master andproject manager. I am facilitating all the scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. I am interacting with clients on regular basis to ensure that we have enough scope to populate product backlog and based on the priorities and feature values I priortize the sprints accordingly.

This product was undertaken to automate the on-boarding of a security personnel where the contract, scheduling, billing and payment of a personnel was managed and calculated on the basis of the above parameters.

On this project I played a role of a product owner and scrum master where I use to write the user stories and based on the priority and story value I put them in sprints. As a scrum master I conducted the scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint review and sprint retrospectives to ensure that the team is communicating better and they are able to improve further to ensure timely delivery of the project.
