Worked there on deputation as MIS Executive to report the productivity, attendance etc to the senior management.

Worked as a communicator between client company (Citi Bank) and Service Provider Company (Wipro Technologies). Handling there the team of Network Engineer and Service desk Engineer. Also to work over Billings of the client and to get in touch with service providers like Airtel, Vodafone etc.

Worked there as a Mis executive as well as Team Leader. Handling a team of 20 call coordinators and preparing the reports for digital phones. Also preparing reports of productivity, attendance, appreciations, reopen etc. and sharing them to higher management on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 

Handling the team of 20 call coordinators and reduced the count and percentage of abandoned calls on digital system. 

Making reports on hourly basis of logged and closed calls and sharing it with team to boost up the closure of the calls.

Joined here as an RSM. Handling all over Hisar Region and team. Closed over 30 files in a month.
