Project developed in R to study “Customer Attrition” of a leading Australian Bank. The customers were segmented into categories according to different criteria in the same bank etc. These segments were then correlated to the Stock Market Data over a year considered quarter wise. We not only figured out the most affected segments but also came up with possible solutions for customer retention.

My Contribution :

Involved in all requirement gathering and impact analysis activities. Reviewing the Client Requirements and Business Specifications, analyzing the impacts and feasibility.I was involved in reviewing the application structure and database design with development and testing teams.Also communicated process changes, enhancements, and modifications to the team.Performed business plan, risk and stakeholder management.

A product launched by Wipro in the international markets in October 2015. It is an integrated solution for capturing and managing data to generate actionable insights through advanced analytics. It uses IBM Bluemix cloud development platform for the agile creation and deployment of mobile, analytics and machine learning solutions for clients around the world.

My contributions :

• Ensured products met or exceeded client expectations. Excelled at gathering feedback and requirements; communicating needed changes to development team; and overseeing seamless, high-quality rollouts to on-time and on-budget conclusion.
• Developed a deep understanding of the business objectives of internal and external stakeholders; evangelized the product vision and built trust by maintaining an accurate and achievable roadmap.

Project developed for ROSS a leading American Store for analysis.The data was manipulated to do the market basket analysis for customers on different parameters.We came up with what are the offers to be given to customers for the exponential rise in sales in profit.

My contributions :

Had responsibilities to manage from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life.

Developed a framework called DOCS(Dynamic Operations Chaining System ) which used to do a data quality check on the columns and then encrypt the Account Numbers for safety issues and then loading it into the storage like Hadoop.A decryption algorithm was also designed.

My Contributions :

I was involved in resolving business challenges by assimilating & analyzing the business scenario and resolving the problem to achieve business success. With my demonstrated analytical skills, structured thinking, hands-on system design skills and my abilities to perform a deep-dive assessment of strategic impact on the overall business requirement along with my leadership skills should help the organization holistically resolve the business challenges.

Designed a framework called Snapit for business current view creation for capitalone data.The framework will give the latest view of the data.Designed a framework called SALetters which converted Teradata Queries to Spark SQL.

Product developed for Wipro Analytics for accepting the tweets and then generating a sentiment analysis based on various categories.Also it including many aspects of NLP processing for tickets categorization(given by employees.

An entire module designed for booking of hotel and resorts which are officially allotted by government of Madhya Pradesh.This covers entire module of  planning the entire trip with our framework.This includes the places the customers wants to visit and their end to end trip planning which includes stay,sight seeing.Our system provided them a booking and payment gateway.

My contributions :

• Delivered the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives and the design flow.
• Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.
