The project was consisting of 6 products to be delivered to be used by all the support projects running across all parent & acquired companies to standardize processes. This was in effort to reduce time to respond to proposals, continuous improvement as well as processes maturity measurement of all support related projects as well as to make resource contributing to project ASAP by reducing learning curve when shifted to another support project.

Lead process improvement activities to identify and resolve quality related issues across organizational boundaries. Acted as consultant and reviewer for new standards and policies.
Responsibilities as PM include
- Systematic approach to problem solving. Involved in design, negotiations, Change mgmt.
- Coordinating between various teams and ensuring delivery. Team included were Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and getting Signoff as required.
- Building and actively managing to the detailed project plans. Recognize and manage issues such as risks and contingencies.
- Identify process/quality improvements and work with team to implement
- Managing budget with maintenance of Core (Critical Resource) + Non-Core ratio based on project type.
- Resource ramp up & down as required.
- Leading Day to Day activities for project.
- Ensure reporting (RAG report) for project health as per agreed frequency to senior management.
- Leading show & tell sessions.
- To ensure that all defect & review findings are logged in, tracked to closure and analyzed for improvement
- Leading FP, T & M bids as well as quotes preparation and Other BAU responsibilities for smooth project execution.
