Description
As part of BOSS-Engineering Team in Dell R & D, my involvement as Test Lead to drive the engineering test
team which performs Firmware Testing, Engineering Testing the RAID storage controller and M.2 SATA SSD
(Solid State Drives) based on the SATA protocol, PCIe which is part of Dell PowerEdge Servers as a boot
device of all form factors like RACK, TOWER and MODULAR as well. And the RAID controller we design
especially for booting purpose which comes in two type of form factors currently which supports RAID1 and
NON-RAID modes. We work with vendor who is original manufacturer of the Controller chip to turn the FW and
integrated Hardware much more robust and bug free product. Completeness of Systems Integration and
Engineering Testing in OEM DAS environments. Complete Planning, Executing and documenting of Test
Frameworks during different Phases of Product Development – Pre-EVT, EVT, DVT and RDT. Instrumental in
Firmware Validation during Pre-EVT stage of SATA OEM Program for left shifting of defect findings to early
stage of program, resulting in early findings/defects and fixes, smoother qualifications and finally reducing Timeto- market with High quality product goal. Involved in the engineering plans and test strategy of next gen RAID controller which comes as a NVMe boot controller and which contains NVMe M.2 SSD’s.

As part of ESS-FW-QA Team in SanDisk to work for projects like Pegasus, Pegasus-II,
Cloudspeed which involves in Firmware Testing, Regression Testing of SSD (Solid State
Drives) based on the SATA protocol, Completed Systems Integration and Engineering of
SATA SSD’s in OEM DAS environments. Complete Planning, Executing and documenting of

Description
This is a project from MICRON which is for SAS SSD (serial attached SCSI solid state device)
to design and test SCSI interface commands like Modesense(6), Modesense(10),
Modepages, Inquiry, designing testcases, testing, Re-testing, Validating them and debugging
are involved in this project to produce quality output using pycharm and tools and using SCSI
Protocol and sg_utils.
