This is regarding Value aded services  that spice had launched in Reliance telecom. My role was to develop the IVR code , get the same deployed on the servers and  after that taking care of operations and maintainance activitie as well. Application operations , a bit of database administration  and automating various tasks that has to be performed on daily basis.

The project was to ingrate with Billing of all telecom circle of Idea in india (21 circle ) and with the concent of call receiver charge  receiving party for the call initiated by other person.  As we had limited technical hands at that time soI was overall responsible for the project i.e development, deployment ,  operations and even interection with client team. After making service live, i worked on automating various thiongs like MIS processes, Db maintainence scripts,  server maintainance scripts etc.

This project was about integration of various IVR, SMS and USSD services in  Robi, bangladesh and Singtel, Singapore. My role here was  mainly of a system integrator as well as project manager. I had deployed 14 servers single handedly in Robi datacenter(DHAKA City) , offcourse with remote help from DigiSpice networking experts.  I was responsible to  configure signaling ,E1s  and Ips with robi telecom network infrastructure for IVR , SMSC , Call Block, USSD and telecom billing services

Similarly, I visited Singapore to deploy IVR services there. Here I was responsible for development , deployment and also getting the UAT signoff from the client. 

After making service live and returning to India , I was rwesponsible for all the server and applications operations, automations, troubleshooting in case of any issue and instaling various software upgradation patches, a bit of database administartion (Mysql , MS Sql server) etc.

This was first LATAM deployment of spice and I visited Ecuador for 8 months to execute this projects successfully.  This was again a mobile value added services project where we had to deploy IVR servics and USSD in Ecuador , Coloumbia,  honduras and Paraguey. I was present in ecuador for the  integrations and project management of all other sites. My role was to communicate with client and to configure our devices for the integration with telecom network. Also to look after project management of Columbia , honduras and Paraguey projects. We did completes all the deployments successfuly and after that  took care of all the application operations and maintainance activities.  The activities includes changes in IVR flow, to write sql queries, procedures, triggers etc for the various requirements for the daily , weekly and monthly MIS, hourly alerts etc , automation of various tasks that has to be performed on daily basis and db admin basics , server admin basic , basic server hygeine etc.

This is a ecommerce website  built on  wordpress using woocommerce. I was involved  as a  Devopes lead for the website operations. I finalized web hosting service and plan and also got some hands on experience  on Digital Marketing i.e facebook ads and google ads. I worked to analyse website traffic trends on google analytics and share the trends report on daily basis. Automation of tasks through scripts and programs to reduce manual tasks. Also responsible of all application operations and troubleshooting tasks.

Website and company worked for 6 months only and due to lack of funds promoter have to shutdown operations.

This project was to install kiosk in Bihar Prison's  so that  inmates can do restricted calling.  There were several rules applied to  restrict the calling like there was call recording for every call,  every inmate was allocated 5 mins of calling per week , he was not able to  make call of two consecutive days and many more. 

My role was to coordinate with als jails(63 in numbers)  for PRI and ip integrations. Also was responsible to develop all the stored procedures for calling rules and reports of calling. I integrated negios along with  sms alerts  for monitoring of all prison sites. Whenenver any machine got out of network or any pri send alert , an SMS is sent to concerned person for necessary action. 

IRCTC train feedbak system is a feedback calling system where a feedback call is mae to 1 lakh random  persons, who travelled through Indian Railways on previous day and current day. This is to know about their experience regarding various paramaters like  cleanliness of coaches, beds, stations etc.  My role is to look after upkeep of the system and regular maintainence. we had deployed various alerts on different events to  get the information about any malfunction of the system. I find and automate all the manual tasks that can be done through scripts so that there should be very less or no manual intervention in the system. Also in case of any technical issue , i am respobnsible to troubleshoot the system to resolve the issue and to find out RCA and then take the necessary steps to avoid same type of  issue in future.

We also worked on a campiagn manager  for Voice and SMS broadcast. We have deployed  that on AZURE cloud and using Azure IaaS.  I have a good working knowledge of Azure fundamental service , docket and ansible.
