About Me

When I became a part of my company Hays. I was fully dependent on UK MI Team because all reports were designed and developed by UK Team members. They had a deep knowledge of Access and Excel and apart from it they were very supportive and also...hey had a deep knowledge of Access and Excel and apart from it they were very supportive and also advised me that take the ownership of the reports so that if any error comes during preparation of the report or any changes requested by client in existing reports, you would be able to do it  by own. As time and technology changed my reports dependency on UK team members also changed. Now I have migrated most of my reports from static dashboard into dynamic and interactive dashboard, from MS Access to SQL Server and Advance excel to Power BI.

I am very optimistic to upgrade my skills toward my profession. Experiencing in SQL, MS Access, using VBA in excel, Migration of excel dashboard into Power BI, developed some tools for other departments all these skills became possible due to my interest to enhance our skill according to time.
