This product has one stepper motor gauge and CPU driven warning indicators. Warning indicators supports both CAN and hardwired inputs. It supports J1939 CAN Address claiming (for network management), DM messages (for diagnostics management), BAM based Transport protocol (for multi packet handling) and bootloader (for CAN reflashing) concepts. It also supports CAN based wake up concepts.

Description

This project is designed in order to measure the cloth length in steam ironing textile mills. Cloth Material will pass through a roller which will produce a pulse for every 0.25 meters. So by using a proximity sensor we accumulate the number of pulses and from that we calculate the length in terms of meters. For every 60 minutes we update the length details to the server by using GSM. The scheduler will send a SMS by using GSM for every 60 seconds to the server. Here we also calculate the speed of the roller from the frequency produced by proximity sensor, it will be displayed in LCD.
