As part of the Custody service, Preferred Custody Services will act as a depository for safe keeping of cash and securities. All the transactions of securities will be processed based on the instructions of the Client or client approved third party associates. Citi does not have the Obligation to achieve the Investment objectives of those accounts. Citi only has the obligation to process the instructions given by the clients/ client approved third party money managers, towards those accounts. Preferred Custody Services will send monthly and Quarterly statements showing the balances, the assets, transactions of the Account and the Transaction orders processed as per the client’s instructions as Part of the Preferred Custody services. The Overdraft: Principle Balance Overdraft, and Income Balance Overdraft, needs to be monitored for age of Overdraft, Risk compliance and regulations. Additionally the custody accounts also needs to be verified daily, about the Un-Invested cash that is being present in both Principle and Income balance and measure/ action needs to be taken to invest those cash in a money market, instructed by the clients/ client approved third party money managers unless account is closing or client requests funds remain un-invested.
