Intellect-ConnectFirst is a FrontEnd application called CBX FO, where Corporate customers can perform all types transactions, like A2A,A2A-3rd Party, SI, DFT, CBFT,FVT, DuitNow etc., and the user access controlling done with CBX BO(user entitlement) and the transactions status, similarly Payment BO controls payment related actions like Customer-Quick on boarding, Advices generation, Reports generation, parameterization. The transactions placed in CBX FO pick up by schedulers and post it to Payments module and payment schedulers are pickup the transactions from payments system and post it to Host system.

There are few other sub- modules are available for the end users, File upload which required to pay Statutory Payments, Bulk file upload used to post above said transactions, payroll, statutory payments etc.,

Customer-On-Boarding, Token Management, Transaction Processing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Involved in bug fix and code enhancements.
  2. Involved in Production issues fixing, Support for Normal BAU operations.
  3. Resource allocation, Project management, Situation Management & Deployment activities
  4. Involved in Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management.
  5. Involved in resolve production/BAU issues based ISolve Ticketing System.
  6. Online support for the customers, Root cause identification, Fixing the issues, Application configuration issues.
