Key Responsibilities:

 Study the current process, current utilization to suggest transformation ideas
 Propose the plan for transformation, execute the plan and track the benefitrealization
 Indentify the trending tools to be used for transforming process to next levels
 Plan & execute POCs, implement the findings to larger implementation
 Client engagement, Escalation management and Risk management for the Program
 Managing end to end deliver for different projects under the different program (Cards, Trade, Liquidity etc.)
 Handling 100+ FTEs and ensuring best practice implementation across projects in the locations
 Managing the entire location for smooth delivery and project execution

Key Responsibilities:
 Managing end to end delivery for the regions (EMEA, Asia & LATAM),
 Handling 70+ FTEs and Ensuing smooth Migration of the process from Tier I CITI to Tier II CITI
 Setting up the new team in Tier II City to manage the complete UAT Delivery
 Conducting Interviews for UAT, BA & PM roles and building the team
 Building the project plan, risk register and recommending business with the mitigation technique and other project
management activities
 Ensuing Effort estimation and release alignment is carried out across applications
 Implementing best practices across teams for enhancing the quality of deliverables & standardization of process
across regions
 Managing the Revenue target for team

Key Responsibilities:
 Project management for various projects including market expansion project.
 Building the project plan, risk register and recommending business with the mitigation technique and other project
management activities
 Bridge the GAP between business and technology
 Ensuring every project is tracked until closure and facilitate project work throughout SDLC
 Facilitating co-ordination between vendor systems Vs. Regions systems. to ensure PM plan is not impacted
 Preparation of PID document and ensuring steering committee approval is obtained prior to start if the project
 Status reporting on regular basis to Steering Committee
 Documenting Project learning’s and sharing the final report to knowledge repository.

Key Responsibilities:
 Managing UAT for the EMEA regions handed 20 FTEs.
 Ensuing UAT deliverables are with agreed quality with client and being done as per the project plan.

 Ensuing testing is closed as per the agreed timelines and any deviation is being approved by steering committee
