Karl Storz is an instruments supplier firm. It has different Sales Representatives for their assigned territories. Every year they are assigned with some target to achieve through selling their products.
This target is called as “Quota” for that year for each “Sales Representative”. The orders received are called as bookings.
This application has four roles in hierarchy;
1. Executive: He is the head of all and top in hierarchy who can see cumulative data.
2. Director: He is above Regional Manager and each Director has their specific area under which it has different regions and territories, similarly once he logs in he can see all the data of his along with his downlines
3. Regional Manager: He/she is above Sales Representative and each Regional Manager has few regions assigned with their Sales Representative so if they log-in they can see their corresponding.
4. Sales Representative: Once they log-in the application they can check their corresponding data according to the territories assigned.
This application has two major sections;
1. Booking to Quota: It means the comparison based on the Quantity and Order.
2. Sales to Plan: It means the comparison based on amount (figures $).

Order Category:
Karl Storz has a specialty section and deals with the medical equipment’s required under that specialties
Ex: Operation Theater (OT) can be considered as one specific specialty. It has a group of products under which orders can be placed.
It has Sales type break-down category, Repair type category which has:

Sales type Break down: It means any damage happened in the product will comes under this category and Sales Representative will repair it on visit it will come under OR1 integration

Repair type category: All repair carried out by any role individual comes under Repair category
