This project involved capturing requirements and functional specifications for a 911CAD (Computer Aided Dispatching) System. The 911CAD System is an Emergency Response system where 911 police and fire emergency calls originate.

This project involved documenting existing functionality of the Rate Calculator that was in the process of being developed. This system is an Electronic Refinance Rate that allows consumers interested in refinancing their mortgage loans to determine the price of our title insurance after answering a few simple questions. My role was to reverse re-engineering to capture and document existing business and system processes, creating consumer and user documentation.

My role as an Analyst was to act as the liaison between several business units and American Airlines partner programs to: Capture requirements for a new system, facilitate requirement gathering sessions, created Requirements Management Plan, provide consultative support on business case development and vendor negotiations.
