Kitabisa is crowdfunding south east asian company and working in donation camapaign in health sectors .Kitabisa wanted to develop mutual aid which literally means “mutual protection” toprovides its participants with a basic health plan against 70types of critical illness, including thyroid cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, critical brain injury and acute myocardial infarction. All participants share the risk of becoming critically ill and bear the related medical expenses as a collective. While Kitabisa is not a health insurance product, it complements premium health insurance offerings in the market that have wider range and depth of coverage.

The project is to develop MVP msite and anroid app to run pilot project across Kitabisa current user set to validate the mutual aid with A/B testing ,dynamic UI and text changes without releasingthe mobile apps .

Understanding the dynamic nature developed UI fully supporting change of text,UI with backend in golang to support adding multiple users at once.Developed admin panel for the product using golang QOR to iterate over UI ,text.

Due to fast mobile and msite development with support of dynamic UI changes Kitabisa is able to convert 80k+ user within 3 months.

1. Setup aContinuous Integration&Continuous Deployment(CI/CD) pipeline withCircleCI,Docker&Heroku for msite and mobile apps

2.Revamped msite light weight fast loading to serve users with limited internet and increased bookings 2x on daily basis in indonesia domain

3.Archetitured reddoorz club subscription model with launching enabled first in indonesia and latter within two days in philipines ,Singapore and build ios and android app module and rest api backend in golang

4. Worked with data science team to update user feed with personalized hotel recommendations using Python and latest AI technologies and analytics data gathered by mixpanel ,moenage

5.On daily basis handled customer queries, working closely with product ,QA and devs to develop the features for Reddoorz booking site ,mobile apps . Done codereview ,project planning and execution with CICD setup

6.Was awareded Employee of the Quarter due to increased booking on daily basis 5k to 25k due to light weight msite ,reddoorz suscritpion mobile module with fastest backend in golang and recommendation system developed and deployed by me
