Merge 5 global sites from JDE to SAP

Merging oncology pharmaceuticals (BMS/Celgene) leading business and information technology groups for integration of global company sites, contract manufacturing (CMOs) and logistic providers (3PLs).

Directing global delivery of complex programs managing multiple projects, complex solutions for hybrid cloud, IoT (Internet of Things), SAP, ERP, business process improvement and digital transformations.

Global program management

Divestiture, sales, migration and spin-off strategic planning of $9 billion financial subsidiaries and direct holdings.

• Lead business leaders in discovery of business process current state, future state architecture and alliance partners.
• Align business architecture to technology as-is and to-be states post acquisition, divestiture or spin-off scenarios.
• Focus on Finance, Treasury, Risk, Payroll, Compliance, Human Resources, Legal and all associated master data.
• Managed transition efforts for data integration and reporting in Oracle/Hyperion and Essbase cubes supporting GL, FP&A, SEC, Regulatory and treasury operations.
• Lead M&A technology application teams (spinoff & client) and infrastructure groups globally during transition including service management, configuration, change, incident management solutions including on and off shore vendors.

• Corporate reorganization, business architect and change leadership across business and technical executive teams.
• Supporting executive leadership (C level) in strategic change management and supporting tactical management in delivery of improved corporate profitability as directed by the Board of Directors for their shareholders.
• Reporting into executive leadership team supporting CFO and SVP in corporate wide $225 million cost savings activities.
• Project manage cost reduction activities, lean six sigma enhancements, vendor and technical improvements.
• Monitor over 175 projects and to ensure overall program goals (SAP FI, Payroll, ADP and custom mortgage solutions, TRID Tila-Respa Integrated Disclosure, HMDA Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, AML Anti-Money Laundering).

Environment included Oracle, Hyperion, SQL, Sybase, Hyperion and Microsoft SQL Server.
