I had deep engagements with Chief of Staff and Manager of Strategy Planning Operations Team by providing Guidance, Assistance with Reporting of IT Portfolio, Programs and Project details. I put in a New Process to Manage, Approve and Regulate Funding and Resources for all Programs and Projects.

I provided Leadership and an element of Consistency during the New process.

I also provided Reporting/Dashboards for Analytics decisioning.

• I worked with Directors and Managers in various departments to identify and come up with solutions to Manage, Communicate Change and filter out duplicate work at NERC CIP controlled sites and on ODN Bulk Electric Systems.
• I also worked with IT PMO to come up with a better funnel/review process for all NERC compliance projects based off of my studies of IT projects that interject compliance issues to PG&E.

· I analyzed data to manage and drive continuous improvement to processes, rules and to deliver data with accuracy.

· I created reports and dashboards within the reporting tool (SPEAR), Tableau and Excel to Project Managers, Team Managers, Directors and VPs and conducted meetings to review and deep dive into each report to make sure everyone was on the same page.

· I developed key business metrics that measured the performance of the organization using KPIs.

· I was also a Project Manager supporting an operation team.

· I worked on multiple IT projects for Gas Operations and Electric Operations under Customer Care or Business Technology Engineering Design group.

· I performed/managed cost estimating, forecasting, budgets, business requirements gathering workshops; plan/analyze stage, design stage, development stage, testing, deployment and stabilization.

· I worked with Salesforce applications, Oracle products and SAP applications and teams.

· Projects consist of Java applications connecting to multiple applications within PG&E, Security and SD-WAN, Ethernet Switches, Cloud Base Applications and Tri-radio platforms.

· I managed cross functional resources, multiple Stakeholders and communication was throughout the project lifecycle, through integration, deployment and stabilization.

· Special work consisted of Oracle Web Logic/ADF BPM-12g UI error screens development, API connection to CPUC (CAISO) registration system, SAP HR development, IOS Apple Mobile setup, Automation using Arduino and Raspberry, OneCloud environment setup and worked with the Mobile Iron/F5 team (Apple).

· I performed SQL Database queries to analyze data for development and storage.

· I performed presentations to Business Management, PMO, CRM, Financial department, Security team, and Go/No Go approvers.

· Projects Cost and Duration: in the range of 1 million to 5 million and lasted as long as 6 months to 1.5 years. All projects used a combination of Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.

· I established guidelines, roles and responsibilities for Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

· The project created a new eCommerce Part Store (Parts.CAT.com) web site for Dealer Distributors and external Customers (CRM). I built a team that had passion for customers.

· The team consists of over 150 Developers, Testers, offshore members, Vendors, Program/Project managers, Market department, Compliance team, Change Management and Dealership representatives (user acceptance team) – all members used an Instantis (Oracle Portfolio management tool).

· The budget was over 30 million for two years.

· The project used Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Agile Methodologies.

· I installed an Oracle 11.2.0.2 GPL, upgrade to the Single View Billing System to Version 8 and modified the Security System. I used SQL to analyze the database data for accuracy.

· The project used a combination of Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. Managed team of 10 Developers onshore and 15 offshore plus Testers. Budget was 3.5 million for one year.

· We created a new Web Platform, Business Application Framework Platform (DC10).

· The BAF suite optimizes and accelerates web applications for code development and runtime execution for business and eCommerce applications that must meet a set of common business requirements of the insurance and financial services industry.

· I managed 4 Project Managers that lead 10 Product development departments during the final stage of completion.

· My group was the Primary contact/liaison for clients (CRM), internal applications and development centers.

· Project used Agile Methodology Only.

· I conducted presentation at key conferences.

· I also conducted meetings with customers and retrieved customer feedback to improve products.

· I managed release schedules, created a Road Map, supervised testing for quality, lead Gap analysis, created Wiki Tech Guides, showcased Product models, procured and managed vendors, negotiated Pricing and Cost conclusions, lead Change Management and stakeholder communication.

· Project used Primavera for resources and cost management.

· The project was for an Universal Deposit System (UDS) Mainframe change.

· The project redesigned/simplified the deposit product line of 30 Deposit accounts and 12 Savings accounts down to 7 Deposit and 3 Savings accounts.

· I managed the project leads in a successful completion of all tasks.

· Project used a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

· Worked with Developers, gathered requirements, managed plan/analyze, design, test, integrate, deployment stages.

· This was a Hogan Deposit System project.

· I lead and performed multiple changes to enhance the deposit system daily operation.

· Some changes were to the STOP process, Customer Deposit process with home Scanner or Mobile devices, Monthly Debit Card, SEC project and Overdraft compensation.

· Projects were less than 500K each and lasted two to three months. Projects used Waterfall Methodology.

· CEO – Buy and Sell Houses. I bought foreclosed homes, modified and customized them, sold or rented them in Arizona and Nevada areas.

· Managed negotiations of buy/sell, hired and managed construction crew, CRM, conducted budgets for each project, planned schedules, created marketing and web pages.

· I managed and lead multiple projects and acquisitions for the Enterprise Service Deposit Systems.

· I designed, created development schedules for Conversions projects on Recordkeeping, Deposit, Lending and Customer Information systems.

· I lead the department staffing team, training and system operation documenting process team and CRM.

· Projects used Waterfall Methodology. Budgets varied from 500K to 30 Million.
