Alexis optimize and restructure the existing Selenium Test Automation project codes. Gather clients’ test automation requirements and develop a new Test Automation Framework using Selenium Webdriver, Java with Maven, TestNG and Extent Reports dependencies. Other technologies used are Python and Oracle Database.

Alexis led the development and implementation of new Test Automation Framework and provided the client a dynamic and one-project based automation framework that can switch to multiple environments and can execute several test scripts in single batch run.

Our Team is primarily responsible in providing application support to Outage Management System, Billing and Metering System applications and manage National Electricity Market interval meter reading data used by Ausgrid for network billing.
Support ITRON’s - Multi-Vendor Reading System (MVRS) and Java based applications.

 Led the team in reducing system downtime on all critical applications by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and created Java based tools aimed at improving response and turnaround time.

 Implemented Java based business automation initiatives and streamlined B2B data transfer process. Fully automated clients’ reporting and eliminate manual process.
 Proposed initiatives and created tools aimed to accurately measure risk assessment based on probability and impact ratings. The tool is primarily used during Change Review Meetings, as standard format in creating change requests. The risk assessment computations aided Change Managers in evaluating proposed change.
 Received awards for fast response and thinking out of the box during critical production incidents which saved millions of AUDs for the client.
 Maintained High Performance rating throughout the performance period from 2010 up to present.
 Proactively identified discretionary works and acquired additional project works on top of existing contract.

A member of the application architect team for the client with main task is the creation of Application Design documents (Technical Design & Detailed Design) from a Business Requirement. Involved in the whole cycle of software development.

This project combines Web Services, Service-Oriented messaging and Java development to enhance the client's Peradigm Core Administrative System Application.

The business functional areas include authorization, benefits, billing, capitation, claims, member, finance and provider management.
The goal is to deliver technology platforms that are flexible, responsive, cost effective and scalable.
Achievements:

Developed conversion jobs using Visual PERADIGM and Extract Transform Load (ETL) to map and migrate COSMOS databases to Oracle DB. The solution include PL/SQL stored procedures and packages invoked by Java classes throughout the conversion processes.
Completed all deliverables on time and on budget. Alexis was promoted to Senior Software Engineer.
