ExxonMobil is one of the World's largest Oil companies. As part of WEP 2.0 (Web
Enablement Platform 2.0), our team was tasked on develop and migrate 80+ websites to the new Sitecore 9.1 with
SXA features. We have used Sitecore 9.1 for the first time in the Digital Studio of Accenture.
Contribution:
 Have lead the role of Tech Lead for the project, guided and also developed the components as per the
requirement for the modules like Locators, Promotions, Sitemaps, Products, Product Comparison, Product
grouping, Epsilon Harmony integration, EVS Goals, Technical Resources, Equipment Builders, SEO, World
map.
 Have architect-ed the Technical designs for several modules like Promotions, Sitemaps, Product
Comparison, Product grouping, Epsilon Harmony integration.
 Have created the Views, templates, pipelines and custom Javascript for handling Coveo Result templates,
indexing and computed fields. Have also configured auto suggestion, handled query pipelines etc.
 Have also helped in Setup and configuration of uploading and retrieving spatial data to Bing.
 Have involved in setting up the GIT branching strategy, Unit testing strategy, Locators data upload
strategy, SXA Site settings and other environment setup related activities required for Developers.
 Have coordinated development activities with multiple teams across US, Argentina and Europe on the
design, execution, bug fixing and providing technical solutions for various issues.
 Have also been involved in effort estimation, cost estimation and reporting delivery outcomes.
 Have developed many custom fields for the project like searching using the search terms from custom DB
for multi-list, autosuggestion fields etc.
Achievements:
 Have successfully launched 60+ sites till date and rest looking on track to launch on subsequent days. We
launched 38 sites on a single day which is one of the largest Sitecore website deployments in the world.

Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is a Washington state energy utility service provider, providing
electrical power and natural gas primarily in the Puget Sound region of the northwest United States. Our team was working on the Modernization of the PSE website from scratch to be built in Sitecore. We have used Sitecore 9.0
for the first time in Digital Studio of Accenture.
Contribution:
 Developed and lead the team to develop several Sitecore SXA components as per the design.
 Had been the SME in setting up Coveo for Sitecore (cloud).
 Have worked on various modules like Preference center, Coveo Search Setup and build, Outage card for
Coveo search, Account history, Payment Arrangement, Outages modules, Header and footer partial
designs, Icon repository, Personalization using XConnect custom facets, Workflow for the components,
added the User management Security features required for implementing the workflow, Canonical URL and
Font Icon features.

SWISSLAB system is one of the leading laboratory information systems in Europe. Our
work involved developing several enhancements to existing SWISSLAB product and develop a new module to
integrate SNOMED CT into SWISSLAB. SNOMED CT can be used to represent clinically relevant information
consistently, reliably and comprehensively as an integral part of producing electronic health information. It
provides a standardized way to represent clinical phrases captured by the clinician and enables automatic
interpretation of these.
Contribution:
 Responsible for managing the team in Agile development environment.
 Had taken care of architecture design and development of several start forms for enhancements and
integrating SNOMED CT to SWISSLAB.
 Had worked with Scrum masters to manage efforts, tasks creation, tasks assignment, manage user stories
and resources.
 Had performed project management activities and taken care of coordinating knowledge transfer to
offshore team when at onsite.
 Had worked with the client team to fix gap items and helped client team developers to understand the
code to enable smooth transition.
Achievements:
 Had been appreciated by Client product owners and Software development leads for the smooth
integration of SNOMED CT to SWISSLAB which was of major financial and business importance to Roche
Diagnostics to win clients in UK.

Walmarts IT had lots of internal applications which was developed using legacy systems. To upscale and better secure existing systems, the existing applications were migrated and upgraded to the latest frameworks. Our team was more focused on upgrading the .NET framework of the existing apps(Console applications, classic ASP, ASP.NET(v.3.5) etc), making necessary changes to the code and upgrading to the latest .NET framework (v4.5.1).

M1 Limited (previously known as MobileOne) is a full-service telecommunications
company in Singapore. Our focus was on modernizing the existing Windows forms based CRM product to a web
based ‘CRM Web+’ application for M1. All the customer, equipment, mobile, landline numbers etc., are maintained
through the CRM Web+ system we had developed. It will also interact with other systems also to update customer
profile, customer billing, create and process orders etc.
Contribution:
 Had taken care of design and development of several Batches and Windows Services.
 Had worked across several key modules like Batches, Windows Services, Resource Management, SMS and
Email Transaction, Supplier Management, Blacklist Management, Order Management, etc., as senior
developer and module lead.
 Had performed few project management activities and taken care of the offshore team during Warranty
phase of the project.
 Had worked with the client team to fix gap items and also helped client team developers to understand the
code so that the transition is smooth.

Bluebird is a product of American Express enabling the customers to manage their finances easier by allowing them to add/ withdraw money to their cards. We have automated manual testing of Web based pages across different browsers using Selenium (open source Web testing automation) and Experitest tool simulating the various events and capturing their behavior.

Customer Management System (CMS) was an existing Loan Origination System which was replaced with the CMS+ developed from scratch end to end by Infosys. CMS+ application was developed to help Rabobank to process the Loans from end to end moving across various stages of its life cycle involving complex business scenarios.

The project was to develop/ maintain/ monitor and troubleshoot banking applications used in Bank of America across various regions of North America. Services provided include online banking, backend applications development and maintenance, cards, billing, etc.

An IS (Infrastructure Services) project in the Retail Domain worth 1.2 billion dollars. Our team was responsible for ID & Access Management of Nielsen across the globe, supporting almost 20 to 30 different applications.
