Currently handling the Software Enablement and Data Migration Integration Project.
• End to End Project Management including the resolution of project risks and issues.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are accepted by the customer.
• Responsible for the creation and updating of the project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements.
• Responsible for regular customer and internal project status and project financial reporting.
• Overseeing project staff including project engineers at customer’s location, Infra Operations Tracks (*Both Onsite and Offshore), vendors, partners or subcontractors.
• Capturing key Lessons learnt and Best Practices which can be used to improve migration delivery performance
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting on SLA with regards to all incidents, service requests and Alert tickets.
