HTW is a start up company. I have gathered requirements and developed screens for the application for Medical Tourism.

Worked closely with Developers and test analysts.

Groomed them on the work, which needs to be developed.

Finally we have together developed a very good application on Medical Tourism which allows global clients to view the potential hospitals in India, chat on Skype with the Doctors, share their reports, seek advise, book tickets to India for treatment and receive post surgery care.

Conceptualized, planned and executed new projects for IT Healthcare within the HCU.
Brought up new ideas for business improvement within the healthcare unit, got them approved from the
executives and then chairman of the company.

for LTC (Long Term Care) facilities in US. Designed & Developed HIS, Geropro.
Pilot Project - My team has also done a Pilot Project for a group of facilities in California after which we
have successfully signed the contract.
Audit & Reports – Conducted facility audits and generated monthly compliance reports for each LTC in
Idaho State. Trained a large team of associates on Geropro Software. Trained them on EHR & various
HIS modules.
Clients; Gooding LTC, Shoshone LTC, Snake River LTC, Mountain View LTC.
Accomplishment; My work was extremely appreciated and I have received the highest appraisal rating
after "Gooding" facility reported a very successful audit.
