Allianz is one of the leading Insurance Company in Malaysia. The scope of this project is to cover insurance that falls under the casualty and staff benefits division and applies to a variety of risks like Burglary,All Risks,Money ,Fidelity and Guarentee.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
- Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measureable criterias to check the quality on timely basis.
- Work closely on the deadlines of the project
- Set processes for test plan reviews and ensure that that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders.
- Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional and automation are getting covered.
- Ensure the test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test execution.
- Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.
- Focal point of contact for the QA team for all the escalations related to testing and Quality assurance
- Execution of test scripts whenever required.
- Defect Tracking and giving necessary information of a defect to developers in order to fix it.

Responsibilities:
- Involved in the planning, monitoring and control of the testing activities and tasks.
- Collaboration with the other stakeholders, devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans.
- Involved in estimating the testing to be done and negotiate with management to acquire the necessary resources.
- To lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, Implementation and execution of test cases, test procedures and test suites.
- Ensure the test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test execution.
- Worked on CCRIS reports to validate the credit information of the person.
- Schedule the tests for execution and then monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
- During test execution and as project winds down, write summary reports on test status.
- Finally preparing Final report of the completed test phase
