Worked on a distributed team of over 250 engineers on a CMS system for car dealerships. Worked primarily in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, Node, C#, and SQL. Member of core team for green field project to build a new mobile-first web app..., Node, C#, and SQL. Member of core team for green field project to build a new mobile-first web application for dealership employees to manage customer data. Built application in Angular and making use of the Nrwl ecosystem libraries, mono-repo pattern, and implemented NgRx patterns for the application developers to extend. Designed and developed a large set of custom user controls to be used throughout the application by multiple teams, which had over 97% unit test coverage. Trained other teams on Angular best practices, coding standards, etc. Lead engineer on a project to create a custom data access layer (DAL) for our applications to retrieve data from our SQL database. The DAL would be auto generated after inspection of the SQL schema, procedures, etc. The generated DAL included request/response models, methods to call stored procedures, scalar function, and table valued functions, re-try logic, logging, concurrent queries, etc. We also developed utilities for team members to update their local databases based off of database changes checked into Git, and generation of update scripts for deployments. This DAL became the primary method at the company to interact with the database. Lead a development effort in building a re-usable utility library to be used across all projects at Auto Loop. This library included hundreds of decoupled methods that were non-domain specific, allowing them to be used for common tasks and procedures regardless of the project type. This library had a very high percentage of test coverage utilizing unit tests, which were required to pass upon checking in commits.
