Training Lead for an HCM implementation effort of PeopleSoft 9.2. Primary responsibilities
include leading the planning, design, development, and delivery of PeopleSoft HCM
functionality for the client’s eLear...lanning, design, development, and delivery of PeopleSoft HCM
functionality for the client’s eLearning and ILT experience. Modules include Core HR,
Absence Management, Benefits, and Payroll (with Self Service functionality). At a more
detailed level, the training plan was developed to be more targeted for using the County’s
UPK v12 Developer licenses for eLearning in their Phase II implementation. Management
of, and knowledge transfer to, junior associates and client training team.
Ongoing work includes eLearning and training material development, formalizing
development standards and review cycle, leverage the UPK tool for test script creation,
schedule training delivery and locations, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, deliver piloted
trainings for superuser groups, and conduct end user training delivery. As part of client
reporting requirements, conversion of UPKs to Captivate files are required for compatibility
with legacy LMS platform. A simultaneous ELM implementation will allow for direct
integration with the UPK output.
