The scope of project is to create a automated power bi report which shows insights of employee internal performance.

- We built a SSIS package which reads data from different excel sources and loads into the table

- Stored procedures to generate scorecard.

- Power bi report to show team wise/ employee wise report card

• Creating reports using Excel/Power view/power pivot/charts etc.

• Developing web applications using C#, SQL Server, SSIS and reporting using Microsoft excel; Writing Business Logic and Stored Procedure.

• Gather requirements, understand the specific business needs and solution design
• Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.
• Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
• Refine and automate regular processes and track issues.
• Based on historical data, to forecast the outcome of implementing certain business strategies.
• Analyze the business data to categorize facts and provide a true picture to performance.
• Responsibilities were with client interactions to understand requirements, preparation of requirement traceability matrix, Dashboards.
• Design, create, implement, modify, maintain and support existing reports.
• Schedule and deliver reports based on the specified timetable (daily, weekly, monthly) in a data warehouse environment.

• Technically assisting the team of 15 in their day today challenges.
• Developing Power BI Dashboard and MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) packages and reports.
