Description
Management Domain:
· Experience in Critical Incidents Management and Service Requests
· Provide resolution, work around and follow-up details to the problem management team
· Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business and process improvement and serve as a business advisor to client
· Assist with the development of processes and procedures to improve incident response times, analysis of incidents, and overall SOC operations
· Collaborate within the Incident Management team to ensure that the performance of the team achieves the defined performance targets and KPIs
· Familiar with the ITIL framework, as the Incident Management process is a key input into the established Change and Problem processes
· Experienced in Team building and mentoring by enhancing every member’s growth
· Experience in documentation of SOP’s as per process with accuracy.
Technical Domain:
· Experience in creating Jobs and define Job properties via UC4 calendars, schedules, dependency and orchestrate workflows
· Experience in Atomics’ Job Request Management solution, a tool which accelerates the agile delivery of automated services.
· Experienced in Installing and configuring Automation Engine, CP’s and WP’s, Utilities, Service Manager, DB agents.
· Worked on Informatica power center and ETL designs and development of Data warehouse.
· Management of file transfers via putty and WINSCP.
· Experience in developing web applications for Software Defined Networking Harness using HTML5, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
