Manages part of the Bell LMRN Ontario project that Motorola is handling $205M as part of Managed a budget of $15M (25%) as part of the Network Expansion Project for METROLINX (with multiple sub-projects for 37 sites) Define the scope of the project (...on Project for METROLINX (with multiple sub-projects for 37 sites) Define the scope of the project (i.e. CAD) in collaboration with the Sales and Engineering teams Work with construction manager to: o Complete site visits to review the plan for work and the work once completed o Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility o Review the work schedule on the tasks to be done on site by sub-contractors and their associated costs o Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities (Transport Canada, NAVCAN, Zoning) o Apply for building permits and safety regulations (Metrolinx) o Follow-up Review the work progress on site on daily basis Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and the civil works: new towers, shelters and generators Review the progress and the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards for Project Control and Evaluation Follow-up with System, Radio and Microwave engineers to ensures that the scope and requirements are clear and complete the project deliverables on time and at the required level of quality Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management Manage the deployment of consoles and their related software upgrades taking technical problems into consideration Manage logistics, order and deliveries of civil and network equipment Delegate project tasks and manage resources to drive toward project milestones and overall project execution Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project Lead status meetings between the project team and the customer and provide actions items to follow-up on Manage the relationship with the client, contractors and all stakeholders Ensure resource availability and allocation, and communication between teams, contractors and the customer. Perform risk management to minimize and mitigate project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (processes, change orders, agenda/MoM, progress report with visuals, logistics, payments and costs) and all other documents to keep track of the project and activities costs, … Write reports on the project and escalate as needed for management
