I am working with the program manager to make sure project deliveries and milestones are completed on time, covering scheduling, budgeting, procurement, risks, stakehodlers, communications, closing gates,from planning through execution andmonitoring and controlling phases of the project.

I was a deputee project manager working on a $15M budget for sites constructions, with the help of a constructio nmanager, to support building the RF and microwave antenna network, and I was involved in planning, execution and monitoring and controlling phases. I also handled some systems upgrade (public safety, CAD). I was supporting in many tasks, but also leading many others, such as a weekly meeting with the customer, meetings with vendors, site visits. I then started working on the networking part of the project, with the engineering team to deliver what we have committed to.

I have handled the project og upgrade the P25 system to the Halton Police. I managed all the teams that had to go on site, planning, execution and closure>

I have worked around 3 years with Ericsson France in order to integrate 3G/4G nodes into the network of Orange. I was an expert service engineer who integrated more than 1,200 sites and trained other engineers, and provided support, and sites coordination.

I have worked around a year and a half on a project to implement network security on a network that has 2 main hubs (Londing and NY) and around 35 remote VOIP sites (That I helped build over 25 of them). While I was an engineer, I was a team lead and acting manager, and started the planning and execution of a program roll-out, that consisted of deploying VoIP sites in around 15 countries. I have completed 2 sites myself, and then started sending engineers on site to complete the work.
