This Project is basically Migration and Modernization of FHN On-premise SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online.Site creation and Site Templates: - FHN has 4web application (Dept, FirstNet, Vault and Projects) on SharePoint On-Premise and this needs to be migrated to SharePoint Online with new sites. All four SharePoint designer workflowswill be Re-developed in Microsoft Power automate.

Description: PRISM is an upstream content management asset to downstream contentmanagement assets and how content within the PRISM application inherits from globalto Regional and Country catalogs.Project Aim/Objective: The objective of this project is to move from the existing Source system [ProductMaster] toMS4 System. As part of MS4 Integration Process we have cut down the ProductMaster [Legacy System]. NowPRISM consumes the product data from MS4 through Feed Files.The content data provided from MS4 is validated based on certain content management criteria and is flown toPRISM UI. The PRISM Contains Level 1 to Level 7 Hierarchy Feed Files. The different Level of hierarchy indicatesthe product level that was sold by HP.This Project is basically a direct integration between Prism (1) and MS4 (2).Prism application is a key user of Product Master (3) hierarchy and Product Lifecycle (PLC) data from MS4 backfeeds.Goal of the project is to source those data directly from MS4 as Product Master is on the retirement path.(1) Prism is a product content management application (Entity Essential) deployed in all regions and basedon .Net and Java.technologies(2) MS4 is the centralized and cloud-hosted instance of SAP in HP(3) Product Master is a 20 years old application that categorizes HP product data.High level scope: MS4 Direct data sourcing automation: -Prism to consume MS4 data feeds via HP Service Bus. The initial plan was to utilize MS4 APIs to source all materialmaster.Business Benefits: -Directly sourcing MS4 material master data populates Prism faster and more reliably than legacy back feedprocesses,thus, reducing New Product Introduction (NPI) content acquisition and publishing turnaround time and support effort.Accessing MS4 directly provides the opportunity to increase Prism job frequency to refresh multiple times a day,further improving turnaround times. Estimated business benefit: $250K operational expense decrease betweenMay 2021 and Oct 2023

Apollo is MeritTrac Project, is basically an Online Assessment Project where I worked on the Current Modules inApollo such as RPS,QBM,QPD,CDB,DM,DX,Test Player ACS. The Entire Module is Built on the BootstrapEnvironment PHP as the Front end and Java as the Backend.

This project involves development of Website for Department called Technical Support Services in AOL. This was one of thecritical projects in AOL. Took the responsibility of completing the project very quickly in about a Month. Involved in PrototypeDesigning. Development of the project and deployment. Worked on Linux Environment.

This is an Insurance based Project worked for Prudential as the End Client spread across South East Asia in Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia.

● As a Project Manager I was Responsible in handling the Projects for the clients of Singapore and Thailand with a team of very highly skilled Java Developers,Business Analyst and a Testing team which included 25 members and the Front end team were operating from Thailand. Worked in a very challenging and complex environment dealing with highly skilled stake holders taking there requirement and implementing the project accordingly with defined schedule and budget. Implemented Agile methodology in delivering successful Production releases.

This is Basically a Online Retail Management Project. Exclusively worked for Indian Market and Clients.

This is basically a Web Service Migration Project it is an internal Project for HP. CLIC (Config Line Item Checker) is an existing web service it has to be Migrated to new web service called PCR Manager. When the applications use CLIC by selecting the items there is no response message or the applications not responds to overcome these effects PCR manager web service is being used with code structure being reformed in to ASP.NET.

As a Project Manager i was Responsible in handling the entire project from Start, working with HP Team across the Globe from US regions, Asia Pacific and Europe. Handling the HP Team with various cultural and diverse backgrounds. Expert in coordinating, managing the team handling risks, issue and Mitigating with proper issue tracker. Responsible in Complete project life cycle right from Project Initiation to Project Close out. Handling team of around 30 members across various regions of HP.
