Roles and responsibilities: • Define the Strategy and Roadmap • Provide project status updates and weekly scorecard reporting about running SOW • Track each SOW phase and monitor progress to meet deadlines and standards. • Identify any potential risks and implement risk mitigation plans. • Work closely with the Project head on resource planning, quality of deliverables and provide high-level project status dashboard. • Manage day-to-day production issues and escalations. • Responsible for Incident Management, and Problem Management. • Chair-up monthly meetings with business stakeholders to represent the operational metrics in terms of SLA trends, impact assessment and post-mortem reports on major incidents. • Drive the release management activities with the help of L1 support teams • Responsible for maintaining and continuous updating of the knowledge base to help the L1 service desk
