InnoAssist The InnoAssit will be used for automating all the functions of the equipment
maintenance process and is required to meet future expansions in terms of expansion in capacity,
diversification, etc. It is a web-based service connecting the Manufacturer, Service Agency, Service
Engineer and Customer. It provides a medium or a platform on which the Manufacturer, Service
Agency, Service Engineers and Customers can effectively manage their maintenance process.
InnoAssit indicate the task associated for service engineers and assist individual Manufacturers or
Service Agency with developing operational plans to meet the goals.
Customer will scan the QR code using mobile app and proceed for self diagnose, if defect exists in
the equipment. Ticket is raised by the customer, if the self diagnose action failed to fix the defect
and the ticket will be raised to service agency admin. Service agency admin will assign the ticket to
service engineer based on the service engineer skills and location of the service engineer. Once
assigned, service engineer will receive a notification and requested to accept or reject the ticket. In-
case of accept, service engineer visits customer place for which check-in, check-out time is tracked
for the duration of the service done. Request is submitted for spare parts, if needed. The ticket is
closed, once the customer acknowledge with a feedback and service agency admin approval.
Corpnet is the smartest, most affordable, reliable, and convenient way to start a business and

CorpNet to be comply with the business regulations of US and allowing the backend staff to track
the orders and processing of the orders in such a way that every order is unique.
The Application built on MS CRM and uses WordPress as Front End Web app.
The CRM and WordPress Applications had lot of UI Challenges That we overcame with innovative
