1. Quote and Buy Web Application: used to create custom policy and buying.
2. Line API: The Line API is to facilitate 24/7 Self Service for our customers, which includes the features [Read, Write, Search, Retrieve and Snapshotof Policy, Claims and Payment]
3. Claims Viewer API &Web Application: This web application is an internal application, purpose is to view claims which have been lodged online into Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) by typing Confidential number.
4. Claim Search API:The purpose of this API is to return a list of claims made against a policy
5. Data Synchronisation API: This is a Data Synchronisation API from Core System ⇒ Azure.
6. Vehicles API: Get Vehicle Types - Make Model Year from Redbook ⇒ Azure.
7. Addresses API: Used to get structured Address and Geolocation data and It provides functionality to search and validate an address using a partial address string, commonly known as autocomplete.
8. Monitoring, Alerts and Notifications: Used checking the state of a resource. For example, is the site up or down? Or response time slow or fast and telling someone that an alert is raised. For example, calling support person or sending an email.

Responsibilities: SharePoint (2010,2013,2016)

1. Worked closely with product owner and team members to decompose stories, design features, prioritize tasks, analysing the requirements, designing a solution and interacting with different stake holders and team members to provide effort estimates, coding and unit testing.
2. Created Apps from Prototype to development Validate, Analysed, and Published SPFx application using React.JS, Mongo DB that uses Azure Q&A Cognitive Services to efficiently to answer New Employee FAQ like (getting Access to Environment and Source Safe Permission, Pay Information, Benefits, Desk Allocation...) and Auto Payment Bot.
3. Developed to archive old and unused (Bank & Broker) documents from SharePoint Online to BLOB storage when document limit exceeds in SharePoint Online using a work flow to initiate it.
4. Migrated the SharePoint 2010 and 2013 to SharePoint 2016, accessed [Our Apps (70), Team Sites (900) and Custom Web Apps (58)] and moved some items and re-build some and provided an alternate solution before migrated. Communicated and liaise with Business owners to explain them changes happening to their application, discuss schedule and responsibilities for them.
5. Created, Analysed, and Published many Apps using ASP.NET Core, Azure API, Angular, Azure Data Lake, React.js using Mongo DB e.g. to Provide Online Quotes Insurance Products, UI to Validate the Address for onsite partners, Brokers Policy Renewal Dashboard, Manage Broker Profile, Broker Document Management, Web Analytics Dashboard in Partner Portal.
6. Developed a User Synchronisation app, when (Bank & Broker) user details are updated, the process is started thru core system by sending detail message to the Azure Service Bus which will trigger the Web API to do changes in o365 and Azure Datastore.
7. Developed a Document Notification tool, when a Document added / updated in SharePoint 2013 a Notification Send to On Perm Core System by a Nintex Workflow, which will trigger a mail (o365 and Azure Cloud apps) to update the record in Datastore.

15. Developed a Destination Look-up Web App for Claims Call Direct team (Call Centre Team), with the Cisco - One Voice team, which helps Agents to find the correct person to transfer the customer to, along with the data they have collected [e.g. policy, claim number and some freeform text].
16. Written PowerShell scripts for migration project of SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2016.

Developed three 50-step State Machine Workflows using Nintex for tracking more than 35,000 PCs / 1,000 applications during hardware migration that are running on Windows 7 to Windows 10 and to automate business activities such as Task Allocation, Policy Generation based on sync apps, document review and approval, issue tracking and signature collection ...etc
