CARE SUS RADIO MASS UPGRADATION is a telecom domain project. This project is for software upgradation of BTS networks. First Request will come from circle team. This project is web based. We need to login to FST tool, build SPM Report 8a and download it. Document attached below is the step by step detail on the process (with screenshots) to build and download SPM report# 8a. Download COM report# 1a from FST for each Project/Region/Market. Document attached below is the step by step detail on the process (with screenshots) to download COM report# 1a. Extract the “To Be” processed SERs and CORs from the raw 8a and 1a reports, consolidate them and save them individually by Market/vendor. Create the pivot table to roll up SERs, CORs with same Market/Vendor/USD combination into single line item in order to reduce the number of line items on the LT-110 document. Attached document below provides step by step details of the PR creation along with screenshots. Attached document below details the steps involved in uploading the PO emails to the PO Repository in FST and also importing Vendor PO sent dates on FST.

Description
This project automates the different tasks of a hospital. The system is classified into 6 major modules such as Outpatients, Inpatients, Doctor Information, Room Information, Diagnostics and Stores. Outpatients' module deals with accepting new patient’s information and in posting charges such as medicine, doctors & Diagnosis. In patients module deals with accepting new admitted patient information & charges imposed on a patient such as room charges, doctor’s special visit, medicine, diagnosis charges etc.
