Biotronik Group has international SAP instance based out of Germany, and they have e rolled out SAP to Biotronik India. This project consited of various phases - as:

2. then Deep Dive phase, where critical business requirements were further examined with a view to align Indian legal and business critical requirements with respect to Group Design templates, confirmed the gaps, and decisions about their implementation.

GST India Implementation at ONGC

Conceived SAP GST solution for Tax Procedure Migration and then creating GST specific Tax Procedure and alignment in an enormous Oil & Gas SAP environment

Description

The project has ambititous and preimposed Golive date with New GST regime wef. 1st july 2017. The project consisted of two parts, in first part there was complex Migration of Tax procedure from TAXINJ to TAXINN on millions of live Purchasing and Sales data in the system.

Second part was to implement newly introduced GST solution by SAP to ONGC sort of environment where its has to co-exist with the ealier indirect tax regime of VAT and Excise, completely new and untested scenario with a im[ending risk of missing deadline of 1st June 2017 as well as impacting business processes impacting because of GST disruption.

The project was successfully implemented without any major disruption. All business processes were smoothly transitioned to new GST solution in SAP.

Usha Martin was running on legacy application in decentralised environment which caused them a lots of integration issues and deficiency in Financial reporting as well as Legal reproting. Also they were upgrading the shop floor IT infra, so thus wanted to leverage the imntegration with their ERP system right from shop floor level to planning and execution of the entire business cycle.

This project was successfully completed with Centralised Organisation structure at Legal Entity level at Company Code Level as well as plant level by each profit center and profit centre group of Steep and Wire & Wire Ropes.
