Create the Definition of Ready and break it down into Features, user stories and requirements. Identify, understand and translate US Counterparts and Stakeholders requirement into a product vision.  Prioritization and sequencing the product backlog according to the overall vision. Work closely with the Engineering Team during sprints to convey the vision and goals.

Requirement gathering, Architecture design and Develop Roadmap. The product was to send alerts on system generated by the specialist for the defined group or people. It should be a desktop alert on the top of all other applications and unless user accept and complete or update it keep showing popup after every 10 seconds. It’s a web and windows based application.

Evaluator application is a web-based application that is use to evaluate the performance of GSK’s representatives all across the worlds. It is basically evaluate MR's knowledge about the product they are going to sell in the market. Previously Evaluator application was available only on web but now we are migrating on mobile platform. Now field reps can view and perform their evaluation on mobile devices. We also developed a hybrid application using HTML5, Jquery and Restful WCF Service. This project basically contains

1. Data about all Products in the market
2. Evaluator's test score
3. Generation of their performance score card
4. Got “Excellence Certificate” 5 times for displaying excellence in the project.
