ERP Retail - Trade - another external module link to the main ERP which they used in the sales operations department. Its main purpose is to keep track to all the sales orders of San Miguel Beers products per sales agent. All sales order will be uploaded verified before uploading to the ERP Retail Trade. After verifying discounts on volume sales, it will be posted to their ERP system. This also includes monitoring on its inventory of full goods, full empties, bottles and breakages
- Designed, developed and implemented system in Sales Trading-Retail system
- Manage 3rd party software vendors and schedule their tasks and completion.
- Manage backlogs and task in timely and appropriate deadlines
- Manage freelancer teams (3rd party IT Vendor), assigned and defining task and resources.

Projects Handled: CRM, Clients Statutory System, and clients company website.
CRM is their customer relationship management system which purpose is recording,monitoring and managing clients information system. It also records government agencies information connected to the company. Most clients are off-shore clients from UK and mediterranean countries. The CRM links with the clients statutory system as backend which handles e-payments to this government agencies. It also manage repository of organizations of owners and officials, stock holders, accounts payables, scheduling of payments etc.. This will publish to the clients company website.

- Monitors and maintains SQL server active directory users, user rights and privilege to each designated file folders.

- Cattle Information System - Cattle operation - recording of cattle information purebreed brahman cattles like herds, cows, bulls. It also records mortality, vitamins intake, food measurements, weighing management, monitoring of pregnant cows. It also manages inventories on live and death animals and defective. It also records the sales orders of brahman cattle and this sales order is uploaded to their accounting system
- Accounting System - is a systemfor their accounting operation which manages accounting payables, accounting receivables, general ledger, financial reports and analysis.

- Prepare system requirement specification and system detailed specification from the above mention-finished projects and finalized the system analysis for each module;
- Prepare system design proposal, budget analysis and cost benefit analysis for each project;
- Develop program, coding, testing and implementation for each project;
