Atlantic Broadband is a company that provide the Internet, TV channels, Telecommunication etc., in different regions at USA. Shasta Tek Solutions is the concern providing the software services fo AtlanticBB. We deal with company website maintenance by daily updating in their website https://atlanticbb.com/ and The DB team are generating various reports on the various Atlantic broadband activities and proved then from A to Z reports that they required on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly.

In Shasta Tek Solutions, I was given a designation of Lead Engineer which was to a Manager of QA. I was leading a team with six members. All the A to Z activity in QA was done and monitored.

• Handling Team of Six members with more than 5 projects at a time
• Planning Tests of each releases
• Assign Tasks and make sure on their completion on time.
• Implementing the QA Process
• Maintaining a separate QA SVN for process documents on each delivery
• Review on all the Testing Related Documents like Test Plan, Testcases, Test Release Notes, Test Logs etc.,
• Working with the team for completing the project on time.
• Communicating the Customer/ Users for all the Cases and getting the clarification.
• Implementing the Automation Testing

• Create SCL, Test Script authoring, Test Data preparation based on the User Story
• Supporting the Client team and attending the daily calls regarding the status of the assigned test cases.
• User Account checking before the UAT phase
• Test Execution of scripts, taking screenshots per steps and updating the results as well as raising the CR’s if any failure appeared.
• Communicating the daily status to the manager.
• Follow-up process and documenting the signoff from the Biz.

• Recording the scripts by function wise and executing at the regression stage using the Selenium IDE tool.

• Updating all the 121 cases in Open View on daily basis.
