Overview of the Project: Design, development and implementation of Auto Insurance Reporting System using BI Reporting and Analytics Tool Tableau for Business Executive. Premium, Agents and Claims information used to support several KPIs.

Responsibilities:

·Understanding the KPIs and Requirements Documents.

·Involved in Data Mapping and Detail Design Documents.

·Working with Data Warehouse teams and understanding Claims Data Mart and Policy Data Mart.

·Designing, Developing and testing reports using Tableau.

·Supporting User Acceptance Testing and validating the generated reports in collaboration with Business Users.

·Worked with Tableau Server Administrators to migrate to Tableau Server from Tableau Desktop.

Overview of the Project: The Bank partnered with several vendors to promote the product at discount prices to expand their customer base. As part of this initiative, consumer behavior and spending habits analyzed and collaborated with product sellers.

Responsibilities:

·Understanding the KPIs and Requirements Documents.

·Working with Data Warehouse teams and understanding Sales Data Mart.

·Designing and Developing reports using Tableau.

·Testing and validating the generated reports in collaboration with Business Users.

Description: Regulatory reporting is the submission of raw or summary data needed by regulators to evaluate a bank's operations and its overall health, thereby determining the status of compliance with applicable regulatory provisions. Our team research and develops the analytical reports and data for the banks comply with regulatory requirements driven by the Basel II and Basel III regulation for credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk, and by the Solvency II regulation for insurance risk modules.

·Practicing Agile project management techniques for resource deployment and project delivery.

·Delivering testing solutions for multiple complex projects under different methodologies like Waterfall and Agile/ Scrum

·Conducting user interviews to help identify and understand different process for each user while simultaneously identifying their pain points.

·Monitoring regulatory reporting projects based on Risk Authority and Risklntegrity.

·Working on other Moody's risk products like Risk Confidence and Risk Origin

·Defining process artifacts (templates, checklists, guidelines, frameworks), Defect dashboard reporting, Effort Analysis for one of Cognizant client

·Providing timely solution to the client's queries & issues and getting the UAT done

·Facilitating metrics management and defect management

The objective of the project was to create reports for data visualization purpose. There were several reports needed for Credit Card Authorization by the customer.

·Daily calls with team to discuss new requirement, progress report and escalations.

·Conduct regular meeting with client to discuss new requirement, progress report and escalations.

·Attended Change advisory board meetings and worked on escalated tickets and requirement.

·Participate in the full software development life cycle like analysis, design, coding, testing, acceptance, operational support.

·Document technical architecture that could be clearly understood and immediately used by developers to construct code and unit test.

·Prepare weekly delivery report and explained activities performed by team.

·Technical design documents after analyzing the functional requirements, issue and gap analysis of the problem design, implementation and testing.

·Provide configuration update support and functionality checking within the development cycle of service new.

·Work closely with service now functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage process.
