Create and modified all of airline project for international airlines check in and boarding system, And Create and modified hospital project for private inventor, Hospital Management System. Then support for other project as well with Application Support Analyst position of all Government project of Myanmar Worker Labor Entry Passport and Labor Card at Thailand, permanent resident card project, Airport Border Control System (ABCS), CR project, SSB Project, etc.. Helping Logistics jobs as well.

My role:

• I modified airline project, hospital project Developed with C#.net, asp.net, crystal report,
Linqs application, MSSQL database, Eclipse, visual studio and MySQL etc.

• Database maintenance and Level 2 and 3 support for fix database error/ issue.

• Monitoring and maintaining the general health of the all project database system

• Ensuring the systems are operating at optimal level without issues and manage the change
and manage the change requests, defects management as well as the business-as-usual
activities

• Involved in hands-on technical troubleshooting and support, lead the level support
engineers and also coordinate projects when needed

• suggest improvements by providing technical specifications for system / process
enhancement

• Involved in requirement analysis and responsible to support for enhancements, fixes and
emergency application changes deployment

• Ensure IT systems are operating with high efficiency

• Develop implementation, integration, documentation according to agreed standards

• Standby support after business on rotation basis

• gather and process relevant information at point of incident and perform quick assessment
of the impact

• Responsible to communicate on incidents and provide regular update to the higher
management, stakeholders and users until incident closure

• Work closely with incident manager to ensure preventive and detective measures of the
applications are identified and implemented.

Advertising Design for company advertisement. And Management of my colleague works. Try to solve the company’s IT problem… etc.

My role:

• I developed the initial prototype taking inputs from the Functional analyst using CSS3 for
Responsive design.

Corporate Travel Service Co.Ltd - Singapore

Corporate portal web app and Asia travel web app are a one stop portal for managers to get complete view of the transactions that make up the holdings. Technically both project uses asp.net for the front end. It uses AJAX extensively to give a web2.0 user experience.

My role:

• I developed the initial prototype taking inputs from the Functional analyst using CSS3.
• During the development phase I helped the developers by resolving look and feel related issues in the asp.net web pages.
• Developed the images required for the application using CSS3
• Wrote the JQuery and CSS files.
• Used Eclipse and Tomcat/Web logic extensively to resolve look and feel issues.
• Help HR department work also. (e.g. Microsoft word file, company meeting flowchart with PowerPoint slide show)

Banker’s desktop web app is a one stop portal for PWM Relationship managers to get complete view of the client’s holdings and the transactions that make up the holdings. Draw Prototype and Develop with Html5.

Project 2:

Internet banking is a one stop portal for Swiss PWM clients to view their holdings and place orders. Technically both projects use JSF (Rich Faces library) for the front end. It uses AJAX extensively to give a web2.0 user experience.

My role:

• I developed the initial prototype taking inputs from the Functional analyst using CSS3.
• During the development phase I helped the developers by resolving look and feel related issues in the JSF web pages.
• Developed the images required for the application using CSS3
• Wrote the JQuery and CSS files.
• Used Eclipse and Tomcat/Web logic extensively to resolve look and feel issues.
