Help team and stake holders embrace Scrum, Kanban, Pair programming, XP programming, Test Driven Development (TDD), Lean processes across multiple organizations and multiple projects. Train team and coach scrum masters on Agile practices and how to overcome obstacles.Help teams identify problems in Agile implementation and define metrics to track progress. Help Development team in transitioning to using Devops, TDD, BDD etc and QA team on testing using Agile practices and scenario based testing.
