The main objective of the project is to automate the materials allocation process for a mega modular construction project. The construction project was a challenging project since it involves multiple joint venture partners & subcontractors. Hence, prioritizing & allocation of materials will be a challenge if it is a manual process. So, we automated the process by picking up the modules & priorities for each subcontractor & allocate the materials efficiently.

I am responsible to identify solutions to the existing problems in material allocation & provide subject matter expertise to the project.

This is the interesting & challenging project i ever worked as it was on a tough deadline & to compete with an existing market tool which was evaluated & ready to implement. We produced a MVP in a short duration & convinced the management to avoid purchasing an expensive market tool.
