Responsibilities

• Overall Project Management activities (both offshore and onsite) to manage OTM AMS support, maintenance and enhancement
• Responsible for status report, defect matrix, enhancement tracker, SLA matrix, issues and escalations, effort estimation and project plan, ticket reduction initiatives, automation, ZD, SOW, RFP
• Weekly status review with team and customer
• Monthly review on project plan and effort analysis on tickets and enhancement; SLA matrix and defect analysis, project plan and matrix, any forthcoming project update
• Review E2E delivery in each stage, SLA, status report, defect matrix, team performance, client escalations and issues, automation and cost optimization
• Technical design and development, unit and integration testing, Go live support
