Deployed individually or as an entire suite, each module is fully customizable to meet each authoritys specific requirements.

The WLMS provides a customer facing service to BT which entails dealing with customer cardholder data when taking or processing credit and/or debit card payments. As a service provider this added responsibility necessitates the implementation of additional controls to protect that data and remain compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The WLMS ISMS will be compliant with PCI DSS and this must adhere to the policy points outlined within this section.

An accessorial Management Application is intended to be a charge accrual system to capture any non-freight charges in one system. These accrued charges are then published to the ARMS system for billing. An Accessorial is an amount charged to customer for Additional, Supplemental, Special Services or misusing any UP Services. Accessorial Management Application, the name itself says that it manages all accessorial charges. An Accessorial is an Amount Billed for additional/supplemental/special services and/or as a Premium Charge/Demurrages to discourage customers from misusing the Services.

Activation is part of the BGW activation step is the part the main workflow. Enhancing Fee Billing & Deduction Application to handle OMNI fee transactions would help the plans that will be maintained in OMNI also to use the additional features and would position it as a common service (irrespective of platform) for fee assessment and processing.
