Project:”R12 Oracle Implementation”

This project was based on implementation of ERP module like financial, inventory Procurement, Order Management and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering user requirements
• Upload master data.
• Developed PLSQL procedures
• Enabled DFF and KFF Flex fields for user requirement.
• Test setup in clone instance
• Provide the training to users
• Development and customization of reports as per the user requirement

Support to end user for day to day issue and provide permanent solution.

Responsibilities:

• Support to the end users on day to day functional issues of ERP-Oracle in Inventory, Purchasing, Bill of Material (BOM), Work in process (WIP) and Order management (OM) modules.
• To upgrade and implement new ERP-Oracle features in manufacturing and distribution modules as per company need.
• Forms Personalization in all modules.
• Developing new Reports as for client requirement.

Project: “Enhancement Setups” New Operating Unit

This project was based on implementation of ERP Financial and modules Receivables, Payables, Inventory. During this project, my contribution was gathering user requirements to prepare development, Setup in test instance, testing and deployment of the applications.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering user requirements
• Create new operating unit and inventory organization
• Create order management setup
• Standard order and internal order
• Create AR setup
• SLA setup for the transaction
• Developed Summary, Detail and Matrix Reports
• Developed reports and customized standard Oracle reports using Report Builder
• Customized the standard oracle reports such as AR Aging Report, AR Invoice Print Report, etc. and converted them to XML Publisher format.

Project: “Implement Sales CRM”

This project was based on implementation of sales CRM for the sales team to track day to day activity as well get real time MIS report.

Responsibilities:

• End to End implementation
• Gathering and analysis user requirements
• Analysis and finalize vendor
• Implement solution
• Provide training to end user
• Support end user
