Title : Historical Program Finder

Team Size : 4

Duration : July 2015 – May 2017

Client : Honeywell

Using a historical program as the basis for estimating the hours needed for a new proposal is required for TINA compliant proposals… Finding and selecting a “similar-to” program is challenging and mostly “tribal knowledge”. Historical programs are rarely used for commercial programs, in part due to the challenge in locating “similar-to” programs. Thus, mostly “bottoms-up” estimates are used, lowering the quality of the estimate.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Working on Agile Methodology - Facilitating Daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
  2. Designed and Implemented code for different modules using ASP.NET MVC and C#.
  3. Designed SQL Tables and wrote SQL Queries, Stored Procedures.
