PROREC is an electronic system for real estate registration that allows real estate developers to apply for the registration of some procedures and transactions such as sale and mortgage on properties. These applications are transferred to Umm Al Qwain municipality for verification and issuance of title deeds.
The system is designed to save effort and reduces the waiting time for clients in order to enhance customer service in accordance with the best standards as Umm Al Qwain municipality seeks excellence in all the services it provides to customers who are the most important element for the department.

Environment: .Net Core 2.2, Asp.Net MVC Core, Web Api, C#.Net, Oracle, Bootstrap 2,Angular 4, Typescript, NodeJs, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Kendo UI controls, TFS and Telerik Reports.
