Ø Neste Project is an oil gas refinery management project. Where all products such as Fuels, Gas, Bottle gas & Lubricants sales are handled through by this project. Apart from this Refining Manufacturing and stocking system, Refining Information Management System, Rail-ship and truck logistics and terminal management also handle by this.

Project also handle the truck transport planning. Card management and invoicing, agreements, pricing of deliveries, invoicing for Sales and Supply etc

As a team member responsible for -
1. Ticket Handling/Management
2. Issue fixing with team/ on call support
3. Application Monitoring
4. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Invoicing through application.
5. Manual Monitoring like services up down status, disk usages , Memory usages etc...
6. Prepare Knowledge Sharing Document.
7. Co-ordinate with respective teams regarding issue and it's solution
8. Participate in Problem and Change Management activities like root cause analysis of problem , prepare problem document. Send mails before and after change & problem management activity to respective team to aware them about activity and on call support .

CLICK-PSS solution provides statements for BANK OF INDIA customers across various products and services offered by the bank. The solution is being introduced to enable the Bank to generate statement information that is better presented in a customer friendly format. The solution enables sending Electronic Contract Note and Transaction statements to customer in PDF format making it read-only and password protected to ensure that only the authorized user is able to see the contents. Furthermore, the statements will be digitally signed, and same will be emailed to the customer. Once the source data processed consolidated statements are generated and broadcasted to customers.
