  • xellentHRMS is Customized web based HRMS solution for small scale, medium and large organization which derive organization into paperless environment.
  • The software includes following modules Personal Management system, Time Attendance System, Project Management System, Leave Management System, Payroll, End Of Service and Administrator module.
  • PMS is the core section in the whole HRMS, which allows users to store all the major information of the employees in the organization. Keep The Record of documents such as Passport, Visa, Contract, Labour Card, Medical Card, Bank Details, Family and Assets Details.
  • Expiry settings can be made in the configuration and the software will send the email or pop up messages while logging when the expiry date of the particular document meet the expiry settings date.
  • Time Attendance to maintain the daily attendance or movement of the Employees in an Organization during the working hours.   • In the the land freight user can store driver details and provision to upload driver document like passport,visa,license,emirates id,vehicle registration card and POE.
  • Operation can send SMS to the driver when they have requirement for tranbsport.
  • In this system coordinator create job then it goes to operation department via email and they can also see on the dashboard.
  • After that operation make driver agreement and enter full freight and advance freight etc.
  • Then email goes to coordinator. After that coordinator make truckway bill.then coordinator start tracking with driver.every day they call to driver and update the status in the system and send the tracking to the customer.once driver offload the cargo driver close the job.
  • It consists of various master like loading master,destination master,border master,driver master,comment master,state master,truck master,trailer master,axle master,customer master,broker master,consignee master,shipper master etc.

It is An Automated web based Inventory management solution that is a combination of Barcode Printer, Portable Data Terminal (PDT) and Software, designed and developed for Ministry of Interior – Abudhabi, UAE for automating the inventory and asset management process for their employees. The software possess following modules and stages: Master creation for New Item, Employees, Supplier, Rack and Bin Register and Generate Barcode based on the Serial Number for the item purchased from the supplier Select particular warehouse, rack and bin to store the new item. Issue the Item using the PDT to scan the barcode and take the signature while issuing. This can be done through the PC with selecting Items manually from the list. Item Return – if any Items returned from the employee, should be registered with barcode scanning along with digital signature. Stock Transfer one Bin to another Bin, One Rack to another Rack or One warehouse to Another warehouse if any multiple warehouse. Any point of time stock status of the selected Item/ category can be displayed on the system. It is automated system to receive item from supplier to different warehouse It receive item through pdt device, first it scan lpo then it scan barcode while receiving item it generate grn no and provision to receive item partially and fully. After receiving all item provision to put away all item to bin, rack and warehouse. in this system bin is inter linked with sub category. Provision to give size for bin master. so while put away it show available capacity in pdt if bin is full it will not allow to store any more item. when they scan item in put away it show suggested bin because bin is inter linked with sub category and item is inter linked with sub category so it is easy for user when put away it will show related bin not all bin. In third stage they repack the item because they receive item in bag and carton(like 50 kg) then they repack it into small packets In fourth step they create pick list for all the so. Provision to select date for so. They create pick list route wise and dock wise. in this there is also provision to select sub category so it make easy to out item from the bin. After creating pick list user will out all the item from bin and put it into the dock area. And from the dock area user will put all the item related to route. Every day all the master, lpo and so updated in local database through window service from Microsoft GP ERP
