Banca is web portal for user can upload excel which they received from bank or branch offices. They excel contains the insurer details along with policy details. So, the portal has designed for three phases of upload process to ensure the insurer policy subscription. First level upload of excel holds the basic details about insurer, later they Second level upload of excel contains the plans details and some essential details like any insurance remarks, agent details, etc. So later before issuing the policy will check those details from background with help of backend system. If there is no mismatch will create / issue a new policy. If it is any error will show the error details on screen and need to be correct. Later have to follow the Third level of excel upload process. Once it is done again checks between the backgrounds in backend system (GIS).
