Description

Working on a number of projects, be it responding to an RFP from a customer, or helping a customer with the Agile adoption. Some of my active engagements are:

  1. Cloud Implementation Manager for a Life Sciences Customer in United States, moving their On-Premise Database to Cloud (Netezza to Microsoft Azure) and moving the transformations from Power Center to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
  2. Implementation manager for setting up a Spend Analytics Platform for a leading Life Sciences Customer in the United States, hosting their Spend and Savings data on Amazon Cloud and generating relevant dashboards in Qlik Sense.
  3. Setting up the Agile Processes from scratch for a Large Life Science Customer in the United States, who are very new to Agile.

  • Initiated the Team from Scratch – recruiting, on-boarding and activating the team on Agile.
  • Team was new to Agile and coached the team to follow the framework, ceremonies and adopt Scrum.
  • Conducted and coached the team to follow the scrum ceremonies, draft better user stories, etc..
  • Conducted Agile Trainings for Life Sciences Leadership team in Cognizant Kochi to spread Agile Awareness.
  • Worked on Agile Solution approaches for various customers within AI&A practice in Life Sciences vertical.
  • Conducted number of agile trainings to various teams on Agile, Scrum and Kanban.

Agile Strategist and coach, co-chair of Agile Center of Excellence: Defined and streamlined the processes and process improvements, enabled the measurement mechanisms that provided the insights into how the Agile processes are transforming the way IT operates in HCSC by generating the metrics from Jira backend DB. Analyzed the team compliance levels in Jira and maturity levels at depth across the Organization and suggested and managed transformation roadmaps.

  • Transformed a number of teams from traditional waterfall methodology to Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
  • Conducted trainings to variety of audience on methodology and best practices.
  • Led the Process Governance and Strategy teams in designing and completing the Scrum/Agile Health Check.
  • Developed a compliance measurement mechanism through Jira DB and setup dashboards to reviews compliance.
  • Activated and coached a number of teams on various portfolios and helped them mature their agile practices.
  • Established metrics measurement from Jira backend DB to identify improvement areas and created roadmaps for the teams to correct and improve the agile processes.
  • Scrum master for Blue Product Composer System.

Account and Delivery Manager for Vantage Compliance Management product, and owned the entire delivery and client relationship management for projects under Xerox Learning Services. On-Site / Off Shore teams with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall models. Product built on Sum Total, .Net and SQL Server, managing LMS (Learning Management System), LCMS (Learning Content Management System) and Learning Administration System (LAS).

  • Team Excellence Award in GAPS 2016 (Global Account Planning Summit)
  • Command center consolidation in service desk, enabling 24*7 coverage for three clients.
  • Productivity improvement of 25% in Development team.
  • Team head count optimizations by 14% in two years.
  • Improved the margins from 20% to 40% in Learning Services.
  • Defined and baselined SLAs, managed the people across 4 locations in India and United States.
  • Managed the budgets, P/L and managed the margin improvement plans to ensure the project is profitable as per the set targets.
  • Additional responsibility from AVM Center of Excellence as the AVM assessor for Xerox commercial projects. Prepared the Book of Work for AVM Implementation and prepared the AVM Intervention plans for the projects under Xerox commercial portfolio and also coached and conducted trainings for the associates in ITIL specific processes.
  • Introduced Kanban process for Flex team and Scrum for Development team.
  • Scrum Master for the hybrid team involving Xerox and Cognizant team members.
