The MORCOM extra clear application architecture provided a framework that can be easily extended to include post-trade information for multiple investment banking products. Objective of MORCOM Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage component was to determine the details of gathering all the Foreign Exchange Cash and Options data to build a Sybase repository where reports can later query this data. The majority of the data was accumulated from the FX Cash System IRFE, the FX Option System Murex MX. Foreign Exchange line of business was incorporated in the existing future and option post trade site.
