The key objective of this programme was to evergreen HBME sites with latest versions of group application suite. It was expected to improve HUB applications time to market, cost of development & deployment and add functionality by adopting new technology solutions. Following are the goal set for the project: To develop a multi country HUB system and prove that all other applications that integrate with HUB work fine without any risks To prove that MCH can be taken as a core system that can be developed in other group entities Evaluate that the concept will be acceptable from business, compliance and IT security perspective Deploy GS07 as part of project delivery for the 8 countries Implement upgraded version of applications and also implement new applications that a site may be interested in deploying in the given timeframe

The MORCOM extra clear application architecture provided a framework that can be easily extended to include post-trade information for multiple investment banking products. Objective of MORCOM Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage component was to determine the details of gathering all the Foreign Exchange Cash and Options data to build a Sybase repository where reports can later query this data. The majority of the data was accumulated from the FX Cash System IRFE, the FX Option System Murex MX. Foreign Exchange line of business was incorporated in the existing future and option post trade site.

- Post production with the support of team of 8 members, Managing and leading the level2 FE application support which ensures all live application are running 24x7 without any disruption and services are retained in case of issues within SLA across all HBME entities.
- Incident management, service level management, change management, release management after the issues are routed thru HBME helpdesk.
Description
- Requirement gathering & analysis and accordingly creation of internal project plan and align with overall project plan of the Client.
- Participate in regular project status calls with the client, onsite team.
- Creation of tasks, assignment of task and tracking them towards closure.
- Review of EDR and IDR for the project.
- Reviewing of the SIT/SAT test plan and coordination of the testing.
- Estimating the Change requests/enhancements raised by clients during project.
- Implementation of the Change requests and delivery of the module.
