Description

Result Areas:
Delivering all PMO & work intake processes (including MI, Reporting, Project, Acknowledgement & Allocation)
Auditing all Business Change processes, procedures and key documents
Assisting embedding of new processes within the change department
Offering support to Project Manager & Business Analysis team across multiple locations (Warsaw, Edinburgh, Dublin, and so on) in understanding governance and control requirements for change projects
Coordinate, facilitate, advise and manage cross-regional and global changes.
Act as facilitator for between the regional change managrer where necessary
Convence, chair and minute the Global CAB(Change Advisory Board)
Ensure adherence to the change Management policy both regionally and globally
Assess RFCs(Request for Changes) for completeness and validity
Ensure that Prioritization and categorization of RFCs occuer within limits define for that region or globally
Reject RFCs which lack appropriate information
Provide authorization for all RFCs to proceed (no RFC may proceed without authorization of the Change Managers/Functional Leads or his/her nominated duputy)
Manage and communicate the forward Schedule of changes (FSC)/ Change Calendar
Ensuring the RFCs have been raised for all the changes taking place
Filtering, reviewing and assessing all the changes that are raised
Determining the correct approval levels to be applied to the change
Steering changes through the review and approval process
Facilitating the risk and impact assessment process for each change
Preparing the documentation required to support the Technical Reviews and CAB meeting
Attenging technical review meetings for change related items
Publication and circulation of the post-meeting change documentation for CAB meetings
Notifiying change owners and implementaters of the approval, rejection and re-scheduling of changes
Confirming the closure and status of changes and conducting any post implementation reviews required.
